Sponsor A Water Project
Sponsoring a water project is a meaningful way to make an impactful difference in the communities that need safe and clean water.
Here are the steps when sponsoring water projects:
- MAKE A DONATION
The average cost of a water project is about $26,000. Your donation covers costs associated with planning, materials, labour and all other expenses needed to see the project through and provide the community with a clean source of water.
- MATCHING YOU WITH A WATER PROJECT
After your donation is received a member of our NGO will reach out to you and together your funds will be allocated to a suitable water projects. This ensures the project aligns with your intentions and the need of the community. Example of works that may be undertaken include drilling wells and water treatment systems as well as solar powered water pumps and education and training of community members.
- PROGRESS REPORTS
Transparency and engagement are vital components of the sponsorship programme. On average each project takes about 3-months for completion. During this period, we will give you status reports detailing milestones and challenges faced. We believe these reports will help you get closer to the project and foster a deeper sense of involvement.
- INVITATION AND COMMISSIONING
You will be invited for the commissioning of the water projects and your name will be embossed on a name plate and fixed on the project.
By sponsoring a water project, you are not only contributing to the immediate water needs of a community but also supporting long term sustainable development in the communities in which we work.
